3 THINGS PEOPLE NEED TO GET INTO THEIR BEST EVER SHAPE (But hardly anyone actually gets them).


Over the last 7 years I have worked with literally hundreds of people accross my bespoke transformation programs, body coaching memberships and challenges.

From getting to know so many people and their habits, I have managed to gain a very good idea as to WHY people succeed, or fail.

It also means that I can safely tell people EXACTLY what they need to achieve the body that they want, and be able to maintain it for good.

Call it a speciality ;)

Before I give you the three things people need, lets talk about what people THINK they need, that they get wrong.

  1. Diets - Eww, I cannot think of a worse, less inspiring way of getting into shape. Eating nothing but cabbage soup? Drinking shakes every day? Cutting out foods they love? No thanks! These may help drop the pounds, but so will starving yourself 😂 . This is no way to live in my eyes!

  2. Weight loss clubs - Ah man this one gets to me. 75%+ of my clients have come from weight loss clubs before, does that not give you a clue? Their single minded approach to losing weight is terrible. "Its this way or the highway". Plus, who likes getting weighed in front of everyone, only to find they have gained weight and their whole week is ruined.

  3. Gym memberships - Eh? Hang on... You have a gym. Yes, then I am the perfect person to tell you that MOST people that simply join a gym do NOT achieve their goals. Why? Because they have no idea what they are doing, they do not seek further help, they hurt themselves or simply hate going. Either way, give it 3 months and they have quit. Nope, you need more than this.

I could build the list out further, but I want to get onto the stuff that you DO want to be doing.

These three things you MUST have if you are to:

a) Achieve the body you want

b) Maintain the body you want

You see, if we are to achieve both of the above, then a few things must be in place.

We must be changing our lifestyle, our habits and our mindset.

Because in doing this, you will find a process that you find CONVENIENT, CONTENTABLE and CONSISTENT.

⬆️ The 3 C's of habit change.

So we need a plan that adheres to these 3 C's and the things I am about to mention helps you adhere to this...

The 3 things you need to have RIGHT NOW:

  1. Plan of action - You cannot just 'wing it'. You will do much better knowing exactly what you are doing. Follow a process that works on all 4 pillars of body transformation; Mindset, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle. With the correct plan, you will find it EASY and NATURAL to change your body shape for good.

  1. Support network - We cannot go it alone, no one ever made a success of themselves going it alone. We ALWAYS do best with support and guidance from those who have been there and can help you. When we can reach out for advice when needed and have experience on your side, you will never fail.

  2. Community - The most overlooked necessity of them all. We are social creatures, and we thrive on community. When you have 1 or more people behind you, pushing you, inspiring you and keeping you accountable, you will succeed. Specially when they make it fun!

I want you to get ALL 3 of the above. It is VITAL that you do.
