Body Transformation Made Simple
The idea of transforming your body may seem like a million miles away.
It seems like there is a lot of hard work to go in, and that it can be very confusing.
The fact of the matter is though, the only reason why it may seem confusing is because we are getting trapped between all the information that can be found out there on "how to lose weight" or "what diet is best for me" or "how should I exercise for fat loss" etc, etc.
To be honest, you can probably take all of it with a pinch of selt.
I am going to tell you, right now, how to truly transform your body and with it, increase your quality of life, in a way that is easy to preserve.
Step 1: Have goals.
It may seem obvious, but it amazes me how many people do not set goals for anything, specially fitness. If you have no goal, then how do you know if you making progress?
You have to have something to aim for. Something you can see yourself achieving. This will not only give us clarity, but give us purpose to our journey and therefore motivation.
Before you do anything else, create some solid goals that are going to inspire you.
Step 2: Create a plan
Once you know what you want to achieve, the next question to tackle is HOW. This is where you create a plan.
The plan must be associated with the 4 pillars of transformation; Mindset, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle, and must be something that you are willing to commit to.
The plan must have elements necessary to form habits, which include being enjoyable, convenient and effective. This is going to be the process that will take you from pain to pleasure.
Step 3: Applying what is neccesary
Now you have your plan, the next important and frankly obvious step is to apply the plan. It is no good knowing what to do if you do not execute the steps.
This is where you train, clean up your nutrition, participate in motivational tasks and strat forming those habits that are going to lead to long term maintanance of your goals.
If you have suitably motivating goals, then this step should be easy!
Step 4: Living with your results
It is one thing seeing physical change, it is another being able to maintain it. To do so, we must learn to live with our results and live with the process that got us there.
It is not good achieving our goals and then going back to our old ways, our results will fall.
That is why it is so important to form good habits. Habits that we will follow effortlessly for years to come and therefore ensure that our results are being preserved.
It is also important to create new goals once one has been hit. So once we do achieve our goals, start again from step 1, always, so we are moving forwards and never back.
Body transformation is quite simple. We create a goal, create a plan, execute the plan and ensure we can live with it.
If you follow those steps, you too will transform your body for good and improve the quality of your life, while still enjoying your favourite foods and the finer things in life.
This is essentially my 4 steps to transformation. A process that my clients follow to get the very best results and be able to maintain them long term.
The knowledge is there, now you just have to apply.
