Our mission at RHCoaching

Since starting my own fitness journey as a teenager, it has very much been a passion of mine. To the point where I decided to take it up as a career.

Since I first became a qualified personal trainer and started working with my first clients, to now, things have changed to the point where I and my business are now known for body transformations specifically.

What drove me to become a trainer in the first place was the thought of helping people change the way they look and feel about themselves. Now, years on, the same drive is there but with a slight difference.

Over the years of working with people, one thing has become apparent to me. That most fail to maintain a body that they feel comfortable in. But why is this?

The truth is, the fitness industry is against you. We consistently fall into the trap of undergoing diet after diet, taking the 'fad' approach to our health, our shape and our fitness.

The problem with this is that, although we may see some short term progress, we will never be able to maintain this long term as the process we have undertaken is simply not sustainable within our lifestyles.

This is why, unfortunately, 90% of us will never achieve our fitness goals!

But how can we overcome this?

By changing the way we THINK and the way we ACT.

Behavior and habit change is going to lead us to a result that is not only our goals, but also sustainable.

RHCoaching has set a mission to deliver such results to our clients.

We have recognised that any barrier or reason to sabotage falls under one of four catagories; Mindset, nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and such we have created a process called the 4 pillars of transformation by which clients work on making improvements to all four of these areas in order to achieve a radical and sustaianble result.

This is done by following four simple steps;

1. Motivate. Getting the drive there first thing is vital, that way the rest of the journey will be easier and you will hit less obstacles.

2. Educate. How are you going to maintain the results if you have no idea how you got there? You will learn how.

3. Apply. Knowledge is not power without application. With the tools you learn you will need to apply it to create the results you want.

4. Preserve. As already mentioned, it is no good seeing progress only to lose it again shortly after. Learn how to live with your results.

By following these 4 steps to improving on all 4 pillars of transformation, our clients can expect to see a radical change in a reletively short space of time to their physical appearance, energy levels, confidence and pride. But crucuially they will recieve the tools necessery to maintain this long term.

Based upon this, we are setting out on a mission to create RADICAL and SUSTAINABLE body transformations, using our 4PT process. Which we have designed to be the last fat loss program you will every have to do.

By providing high levels of coaching around all 4 pillars from specialists in their own field, we aim to motivate and educate people on HOW to achieve the goals that they want, plus through accountability and support they will apply the work and be able to maintain it long after the program has finished.

The fitness indsutry is full of fads, diets and programs designed to give you a quick win and draw you back to pay them more money a few months later.

We only want you to do our programs once, and continue the program because you enjoy it.

This is the mission that drives the machine. A machine that is growing. At the time of writing this, I currently have a 2nd nutritionist on board aiding clients food habits, plus I am going through the process of bringing on another personal trainer to aid with the pysical training of clients.

By working with us, we will help you get an incredible result, and teach you how to live with this result for the rest of your life. Without making sacrifices to the finer pleasures in life!

Getting in and staying in shape does not have to be hard and it does not have to come with large sacrifices.

Want to drink on a friday evening with friends? Fine.

Want to go out for a meal with the family? Great.

Want to go on holiday and skip a few workouts? No problem.

Our mission is to teach people how all this can work, while still looking and feeling your best!

The 4PT process is ever evolving with this mission in mind.

Every piece of content, every module and every bit of advice that we give is based around achieve this mission.

We want to put ourselves on the map as being able to provide RADICAL AND LASTING BODY TRANSFORMATIONS and for our 4pt process to be the LAST FAT LOSS PROGRAM YOU EVER HAVE TO DO.

Although this is still very much work in progress, every day we are reminded by our clients that THIS WORKS!
