The 4 pillars REQUIRED of Body Transformation

For those who have followed my stuff for some time now you will know that I work with my clients to achieve higher levels of pride, confidence and energy through physical change. This is because I believe there is a powerful connection between physical shape and quality of life and to improve the latter you must ensure the first is being worked on.

I have years of experience working with people to achieve exactly this, and over this time I have developed my methods further. Now to a point where I can define and explain them.

My successful methods is currently in the process of being turned into a book. A book which I hope will provide value to those who truly wish to transform their bodies, in a way that will last. More on this at the end.

I am based in Bude, Cornwall in the UK and have built a good reputation for myself within my area for my skill of leading people to not only achieve an amazing physical transformation over a short period, but my ability as a coach to help those people to create lasting habits and a lifestyle to maintains these results.

These results include, to name a few, a drop of 5 stone in 6 months. An 8kg increase in pure muscle in 3 months. Over 60lb’s of weight lost in half a year. 12% of body fat gone in 12 weeks. 4 dress sizes dropped overall.

But as a result of the physical progress, my clients see benefits to other areas of their life too. To name a few more, one client increased their business trade by 75% as a result of having more energy and drive. Another found a partner as a result of having more confidence and self-esteem. Another became more of a role model for their kids as a result of improving their lifestyle and mindset.

From working with people, I have come to find the same recurring problems crop up time and time again:

  • They do not like the way that they look. They are ashamed of their body image and lack a sense of pride in their appearance. Because of this their levels of confidence and energy is low.

  • They have poor levels of motivation. They cannot drive themselves to do the obvious things necessary for getting into shape. They always find excuses and put it off.

  • They lack the ability to maintain results. They have tried multiple diets and fads in the past but with no long-lasting success.

Because of these problems, they are not in good shape, nor do they know how to get and maintain good shape. This affects their health; they are more likely to become ill. Their fitness is low, meaning they tire more easily and are unable to perform in the game of life to their full potential.

Their energy levels are down, meaning their productivity is also. They do worse at work, earn less, worse at home, worse in a relationship, worse with their kids.

Because they do not have the mental or physical energy to keep up.

All of this, because they are in poor shape to start with.

From working with many people who share these problems I have been able to develop my own methodology for solving them. This comes in the form of my 4 pillars of transformation. I discovered that if you can make improvements on these 4 pillars, then not only will you improve the way you look and feel, but be able to maintain it for the rest of your life.

MINDSET: The body and the mind work together, all of the time. You cannot improve one without the other. Any excuse or barrier you have encountered in the past will be largely linked to your mindset. Improving on this will improve your motivation, drive and inspiration to keep you looking forward. It will also keep you positive, confident and energized, necessary to create more fulfilment in life.

EXERCISE: The body needs to move but many of us simply do not do it correctly, or even enough. When looking to change the way you look and feel, exercise is obvious. So ensuring that you are doing the right amount of the right type is vital.

NUTRITION: The fuel for the body needs to be correct and in the right quantity. You would not fuel your petrol car with diesel. This will help you build a body composition that you want as well as increase the way you feel, your energy levels on a daily basis and your overall health.

LIFESTYLE: All of the above is useless if you are not making shifts to your habits and your lifestyle in order to make them stick. You are in this for the long run and therefore you need to ensure that the changes you are making in order to see the results, you are able to stick at for a long time. No more fads, no more diets.

With proper application of all 4 of these pillars, you can expect to improve your physical shape, your energy levels and your mental attitudes. Not only this, but in a way that is sustainable.

By combining all 4 of these pillars we are tackling every possible barrier that could occur. We are not cutting corners and taking risks. We are just ensuring that every angle is hit to get the very best results, that last.

When I coach clients, I do so around all 4 of these pillars and regularly assess them on each to ensure that progress is being made on all of them. For if one is falling behind, it could drag the rest down too.

For those who wish to become more educated in how they can transform their body for good.

This book will provide motivation, education and tools of application to ensure that transformaion is certain.

It will be all of my knowledge and methods poured into pages of value, with tasks to action upon as you go.
